We had more deep conversations during the 76 hours we spent together than (unfortunately and sadly) many men have in their lifetime. No exaggeration.
No phones or any electronics. No alcohol. A men's gathering where the focus was on the talk, plain and simple, but not always so easy.
We were working out.
We took long walks.
We did breathwork.
We did ice bath.
We did sauna.
Activities that acted as heart and mind openers.
We laughed, and we cried. We talked about emotional stuff, our doubts, fears, insecurities, concerns, and relationship challenges. There was no judgment, only support and understanding.
Bro Retreats 1.0 was more than a weekend getaway. It was a transformative journey of self-discovery and personal growth. We left with a deeper understanding of ourselves and a renewed sense of purpose. 🙏🏽❤️💫
