My name is Benjamin Vozmediano, and I help busy men and women rebuild their health, energy, and emotional well-being through personalized online coaching. My approach is holistic — blending movement, mindful eating, stress management, and behavior change to support full-spectrum transformation.

With over 15 years of experience coaching clients around the world, I focus on simplifying the path to real, lasting wellness. This isn’t about chasing perfection — it’s about creating sustainable, grounded routines that help you feel strong, focused, and fully alive.


My Philosophy: Human First. Holistic Always.

I believe health isn’t just about what you eat or how often you train. It’s about how you live — your movement, mindset, relationships, sleep, stress, and the way you speak to yourself.

There’s no quick fix, no perfect meal plan, and definitely no magic formula.

Instead, I focus on realistic changes, rooted in mindfulness, awareness, and consistency.

My Story

I was born in Solna, Sweden in 1978, and over the last 16 years, I’ve lived in Spain, the USA, and Costa Rica — always following a deep curiosity about health, human potential, and emotional healing.

In my early years, I played basketball at an elite level. But when that chapter ended, I found myself drifting into a sedentary lifestyle, poor eating habits, and mental fog. I felt off — disconnected from myself. Strength Training became my gateway back. It brought focus, energy, and discipline. What once felt like undiagnosed ADHD became my Attention Deficit Advantage.

But the physical wasn’t the whole picture.

I later faced my deepest challenge: depression. I tried to run from it — through partying, substances, and distraction. Nothing worked. In 2015, I made a bold move: I traveled to the Amazon rainforest and experienced Ayahuasca for the first time. It cracked something open. From there, I began working with San Pedro and Psilocybin mushrooms, which taught me self-acceptance, emotional clarity, and compassion.

That healing journey has profoundly shaped how I now serve others.


Who I Work With

I coach both men and women, typically between 35–50, who are ready to take full ownership of their health and habits.

Some of my clients are busy professionals stuck in cycles of stress, exhaustion, and low motivation.

Others are parents who want to model a healthier, more connected life for their families.

Many simply want to feel strong, grounded, and capable again — inside and out.

Whether you’re dealing with the “dad bod,” poor nutrition, a lack of structure, or emotional burnout — I help you reconnect with yourself and create meaningful change that lasts.


My Coaching Approach

I offer personalized online wellness coaching, combining:

  • Functional movement & strength training (bodyweight and equipment-based)
  • Mindful eating & nutrition education
  • Stress management & mental health practices
  • Behavior change techniques grounded in habit science
  • Honest conversation and full accountability

You’ll never get a cookie-cutter plan from me. We’ll work together to build habits and routines that fit your life, goals, and values.

And yes — your body is the most powerful piece of equipment you’ll ever need. We start where you are, with what you have, and build from there.

I also offer in-person training at a semi-private studio in Stockholm, equipped with shower, and everything you need to continue your day.
